Everton Linked To Arsenal Striker

Everton have been linked with a move for Arsenal and France striker Alexandre Lacazette.

Jeunes Footeux in France have said that the Toffees are said to be ‘closely following’ Lacazette’s situation at the Gunners with his contract expiring this coming summer

Everton will also apparently be up against West Ham for the 30 year old’s signature.

The Frenchmen has only managed 4 games for Arsenal this season scoring 2 goals in the Carabao Cup. But the writing is on the wall for his Arsenal career with only getting 49 minutes in the League so far

Our Thoughts

Yet again this is another case of a player we should be staying well away from. Lacazette hasn’t looked the best for Arsenal for some time now. At 30 years old some would say that he is still within his prime but I would argue different.

I know that many Evertonians are not keen on Salomon Rondon but I think it is easy to say that signing Lacazette on what would definitely be a high wage contract is not what Everton need.
