Bolasie Loan to Fenerbache?

Fanatik have reported that Fenerbache are stepping up their pursuit of 29-year-old Yannick Bolasie, ahead of the beginning of their Champions League playoff campaign. The Turkish outfit are rumoured to have offered a €3 million loan fee and wish to include a buyout clause for the Everton winger.

Since his return from a long-term injury towards the end of the 2017/18 season, Bolasie has failed to capture the form he presented at the beginning of his career on Merseyside which has led many of the Everton faithful to lose patience. Bolasie often offers skill and pace down the wing but his end product has often been called into question as he is often dispossessed by the opposing defender without posing any actual threat. Along with Brands and Silva’s wish to build a younger squad that will pose as challengers for seasons to come, Bolasie’s career at Goodison seems to be coming towards an end and a loan move to Fenerbache seems to the most viable option.

Despite the fact that Ademola Lookman’s most probable next step is a move to Leipzig, which would supposedly sacrifice the depth in the left-wing position, many wingers have been linked with Everton and Bolasie’s career at Goodison seems to be coming towards the end.
