Everton can confirm Sara Holmgaard will leave the Club when her contract expires at the end of this month.
Holmgaard joined the Blues in August 2022 alongside her twin, Karen, spending the first half of the season on loan before making her debut for the Toffees in January 2023.
The left-back made 19 appearances in the Women’s Super League last term, scoring three goals and registering four assists.
Everton Head coach Brian Sorensen said: “Sara has been a top professional since she arrived at the Club and has shone on and off the pitch this season. She has enjoyed an impressive year at left-back, whilst supporting her twin Karen through a tough time on the sidelines with injury.
