Okoronkwo on fire! Heath keeps impressing!

League One:

Francis Okoronkwo- Lincoln City- 2nd out of 24

Okoronkwo scored his first league goal for Lincoln on Saturday, nodding the opener in The Imps’ 2-1 win against Doncaster Rovers.

The forward struck on 31 minutes as victory saw the hosts rise to second in the table, level on points with league-leaders Stockport County.

City travel to Wycombe Wanderers next.

 

Martin Sherif- Rotherham United- 11th out of 24

Sherif started Rotherham’s 0-0 draw at Luton Town, as Matt Hamshaw’s side made it seven game unbeaten in League One.

The 19-year-old was substituted at half-time, and makes the trip to Reading on Saturday.

League Two:

Isaac Heath- Accrington Stanley- 18th out of 24

Heath scored his third goal of the season in Accrington’s 3-1 win over Bristol Rovers.

The loanee gave the hosts the lead after six minutes, tapping home Shaun Whalley’s cross to set John Doolan’s side on their way to a third league game unbeaten.

The Reds face Crawley Town away next.

North West Counties:

Goodness Gospel-Eze- Burscough- 5th out of 24

Gospel-Eze made his 23rd appearance of the season in Burscough’s 2-1 home defeat to Glossop North End last weekend.

The stopper is back in action against AFC Blackpool on Saturday in the Macron Cup.
