Bolasie unsure about Anderlecht future but wants Premier League football

Yannick Bolasie is in fine form for Belgian side Anderlecht after scoring 3 goals in his first 4 games for the club since joining on loan in January.

The winger didn’t have the best start of the seasons at Chanpionship side Aston Villa and don’t start as much as he wanted so he decided to cut his loan deal at Villa Park short and return to Everton where he wasn’t needed.

Bolasie this week has sat down with Belgian newspaper, Het Nieuwsblad and spoke about what his future might hold and could he end up staying at Anderlecht past his loan deal;

“No idea, I still have a two-year contract with Everton.”

“But if I’m honest, I see myself as a player for the Premier League. But in the meantime I am learning. My family is having a good time and I enjoy it. That is the most important. I do not know the rest.”

Bolasie is VERY unlikely to join Anderlecht on a permanent deal as his reported £80,000 a week wages his nowhere close to what the Belgian team could pay him weekly.

It does however look like that Bolasie still has his heart set out on a Premier League return next season though. Come the summer getting rid of Bolasie and Co. who are on hefty wages at the club will be near top of the list for Director Of Football, Marcel Brands
