Everton Under-21s forwards Francis Okoronkwo and Martin Sherif have sealed season-long loan moves to League One clubs to gain senior experience.
Okoronkwo has joined Lincoln City and will spend the 2025/26 campaign with Michael Skubala’s Imps.
The 20-year-old signed for the Blues from Sunderland in September 2021 and has been a regular in Paul Tait’s Under-21 side.
Okoronkwo went on loan to League Two club Salford City last term, netting on his debut against MK Dons.
Meanwhile, Sherif has made the temporary switch to Matt Hamshaw’s Rotherham United.
The 19-year-old has been prolific for Everton Under-21s since making the step up from the Under-18s, previously managed by Leighton Baines.
Having been named among the substitutes for the Men’s Senior Team several times last season, Sherif will now bid to continue his development in Yorkshire with the Millers.
