Okoronkwo scores! Heath gets another assist!

Championship:

Harrison Armstrong- Preston North End- 4th out of 24

Armstrong played the full 90 minutes in Preston’s 1-1 draw at Millwall, as The Lilywhites made it four games unbeaten. 

Paul Heckingbottom’s side sit three points behind the automatic promotion slots, and host local rivals Blackburn Rovers after the international break. 

 

League One:

Francis Okoronkwo- Lincoln City- 6th out of 24

Okoronkwo netted his first goal for Lincoln on Tuesday night, netting the opener in The Imps’ 2-0 win at Barnsley in the EFL Trophy. 

The forward’s 29th minute strike was his first in 15 for City, who face Doncaster Rovers at Sincil Bank on Saturday. 

 

Martin Sherif- Rotherham United- 12th out of 24

Sherif appeared as an 80th minute substitute in Rotherham’s 3-0 win at Lincoln City, as Matt Hamshaw’s side extended their unbeaten run to six matches. 

The forward travels to Luton Town next, hoping for his first start in a month. 

 

Tyler Onyango- Stockport County- 1st out of 24

Onyango was absent from Stockport’s squad for a shock 3-0 defeat at home to Luton. 

Defeat to The Hatters ended County’s five-game winning run, in which the loanee started four matches. 

Stockport head to Peterborough United on Saturday. 

 

League Two:

Isaac Heath- Accrington Stanley- 20th out of 24

Heath bagged his fourth assist of the season against Chesterfield last weekend, as Accrington drew 3-3 to The Spireites. 

The result leaves Stanley one point clear of the drop going into their home clash against Bristol Rovers. 

 

National League North:

Fraser Barnsley/Odin Samuels Smith- Marine- 8th out of 24

Marine recorded back-to-back wins over Leamington and Telford United, with both loanees starring for Bobby Grant’s side. 

Barnsley kept his second clean sheet of the season against The Brakes before missing the Telford match due to international duty, whilst Samuels-Smith was deployed at left back for both victories. 

The Mariners are back in action against Oxford City on November 22nd. 

 

North West Counties:

Goodness Gospel-Eze- Burscough- 5th out of 24

Gospel-Eze started Burscough’s 3-1 home win over Ashton Town on Saturday, as The Linnets progressed to the FA Vase 3rd round. 

The goalkeeper has kept seven clean sheets in 22 matches so far and welcomes Glossop North End to Victoria Park next.
