League One:
Martin Sherif/Elijah Campbell- Port Vale- 24th out of 24
Both loanees came off the bench in Vale’s 4-0 away defeat at Wycombe Wanderers, with the club’s relegation now seeming all but confirmed.
Campbell replaced the injured Jaheim Headley after eleven minutes, whilst Sherif was introduced with fifteen to play and the game all but done.
Jon Brady’s side travel to Chelsea on Saturday, vying for a place at Wembley.
Roman Dixon- Stockport County- 5th out of 24
Dixon missed Stockport’s 3-0 win over AFC Wimbledon, with the full-back failing to be selected for Dave Challinor’s last three matchday squads.
The Hatters host Wycombe on Friday, looking to strengthen their grip on the play-off spots.
League Two:
Isaac Heath- Accrington Stanley- 15th out of 24
Heath remains sidelined after picking up an injury last month, as Accrington’s woes continued with a 2-0 loss at Bristol City.
The Reds are winless in eight and face Crewe Alexandra next.
National League North:
Fraser Barnsley- Marine- 12th out of 24
Barnsley was called up to the Northern Ireland u21’s squad this week, despite being absent from Marine’s previous three fixtures. Barnsley played the full 90 in the 3-0 defeat to Germany U21s and 3-1 victory against Latvia U21s.
The ‘keeper missed the club’s FA Trophy Semi Final at Wealdstone with Jack McIntyre deputising for the 21-year-old.
Barnsley will miss The Mariners trip to Southport on Friday due to international commitments.
George Pickford- Southport- 14th out of 24
Pickford returned from a thumb injury to earn a place on the bench for Southport’s 3-1 FA Trophy defeat to Southend United, as The Yellows bowed out of the competition one game away from Wembley.
Neil Danns’ side welcome Marine to Haig Avenue next, with the stopper available for selection.
Scottish Championship:
George Finney- Ayr United- 6th out of 10
Finney played the full 90 minutes in Ayr’s 3-0 loss to Raith Rovers, as the club slid to sixth in the table after a six-game winless run.
The full back returns to action at home to Partick Thistle on Saturday.
Championnat National 2:
George Morgan- AS Cannes- 2nd out of 16
Morgan appeared as a late substitute in Cannes’ 4-2 defeat at SC Toulon, as Les Dragons lost their place at the top of the league.
The French outfit host FC 93 Brobigny next.
