League One:
Francis Okoronkwo- Doncaster Rovers- 17th out of 24
Okoronkwo was missing from Doncaster’s squads last week, as Rovers rose out of the bottom four after a midweek win at fellow strugglers Burton Albion.
Donny travel to Wycombe Wanderers on Saturday, sitting two points clear of the drop.
Martin Sherif/Elijah Campbell- Port Vale- 24th out of 24
Campbell made his Vale debut as a stoppage time substitute in a 1-0 home defeat to AFC Wimbledon on Tuesday, whilst Sherif was absent from Jon Brady’s line-up.
The Valiants suffered a blow to their survival hopes as the visitors stole all three points in the 88th minute, leaving them ten points stranded at the foot of the table.
The loanees now gear up to face Burton Albion this weekend, with both in line for their full debuts.
Tyler Onyango/Roman Dixon- Stockport County- 4th out of 24
Dixon was amongst the subs for Stockport’s late 2-1 win over Plymouth Argyle, as The Hatters strengthened their grip on the play-off spots.
Onyango remains sidelined due to injury, however Dixon will be hoping for a first start in blue at home to Leyton Orient next.
League Two:
Isaac Heath- Accrington Stanley- 12th out of 24
Heath was present for both of Accrington’s win last week, as their impressive season continued.
Victories over Cheltenham Town and Salford City made it three on the spin for Stanley, with John Doolan’s side now sitting just six points adrift of the play-offs.
The winger heads to Grimsby Town on Wednesday, looking to maintain his fine individual form.
Will Tamen- Tranmere Rovers- 17th out of 24
Tamen returned to Finch Farm this week after damaging his MCL in Tranmere’s 2-0 defeat to Salford City.
The defender is set to miss the next eight weeks, however his loan at Prenton Park has not been terminated.
National League North:
Fraser Barnsley- Marine- 10th out of 24
Barnsley was the hero in Marine’s FA Trophy triumph over Tamworth, as the ‘keeper saved two penalties in the shootout to send The Lilywhites into the quarter-finals.
The 21-year-old kept his sixth clean sheet of the season in normal time, before Bobby Grant’s side sealed their place in the next round on spot kicks.
Marine host Scarborough in league action on Saturday.
Scottish Championship:
George Finney- Ayr United- 4th out of 10
Finney played 90 minutes in Ayr’s 2-1 win over Raith Rovers, as The Honest Men lifted themselves into fourth place.
The full-back makes the trip to Arbroath next.
